need a gift bag in a hurry

Do you want to create a lovely gift bag for someone but don't have time to run to the shops, or want to save money?

This could be a great solution, we did this with my 3 year old yesterday and was so easy to create.

You will need

1. An empty cereal box
2. some pva glue
3. a magazine/wrapping paper/ tissue paper
4. some ribbon or string
5. Hole punch

Instructions:

Simply take an empty cereal box and glue a favourite magazine, some tissue paper or wrapping paper around it, leave to dry.

You can either glue it like a present or if you have time, cut the magazine, or tissue paper into little pieces and place each one one individually making quite a funky bag.

Or you can decorate with glitter, paint or tinsel instead if you have any of these lying around.

Once dry, cut the top off the cereal box, punch two holes either side of the top of the cereal box and thread through the string or ribbon.

Hey presto one designer gift bag suitable for quite large gifts, you can of course cut it down to size first before starting.
